TalentWeb Recruitment & Staffing is searching for an Implementation Specialist for our client in Davis. The Implementation Specialist will help customers implement a world-class asset management software to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads or supports the development and implementation of asset management software by incorporating customer existing workflows, data requirements, and reporting metrics.
• Build the design documents that explain to the client how this all works. Select appropriate technologies and tools to help the client understand why we recommend these approaches.
• Technical delivery of software solutions ideally for the water and wastewater utility industry.
• Lead client through the continuous integration and validation process to ensure their integration works properly. Co-lead the hand-over meeting with our support team to familiarize them with the client and vice-versa.

Background:

• 5+ years of utility asset management experience or related executing listed responsibilities
• Experience working with agile methodologies or in an iterative development environment
• Knowledge of web services (HTTP, REST, OAuth, Json, XML)
• Comfortable working with multi-functional teams: product management, engineering, tech support, merchant finance, sales engineering
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, MIS or Computer Science preferred)
